5. Products and services
Sigreturn Labs designs, builds, and operates its own software products, and provides cybersecurity services (including reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit development, and security training). The Site presents information about Sigreturn Labs and links to its products; it is not itself an e-commerce platform and no online sale of goods or services takes place on it.
Any use of a product is governed by that product’s own terms and policies, which prevail over these Terms for everything related to the product:
- AIgree (aigr.ee) — see the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.
Cybersecurity services are provided under separate engagement agreements signed with each client; the present Terms do not govern those engagements.
Sigreturn Labs may add, modify, or discontinue products and services at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, in good faith, and in compliance with applicable French and European regulations. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to disrupt or impair the Site or the underlying infrastructure;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data, in violation of Articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Criminal Code;
- scrape, harvest, or extract substantial parts of the Site in a way that interferes with its normal operation or that infringes the sui generis database right of the publisher;
- use the Site to transmit malicious software, unlawful content, or content infringing the rights of third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The Site as a whole, and each of its constituent elements (including, without limitation, text, layout, structure, graphics, illustrations, photographs, source code, and the “Sigreturn Labs” name and logo) are the exclusive property of Sigreturn Labs or its licensors and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws, including Articles L.111-1 et seq. and L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
No license or right is granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise, except a strictly personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to consult the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or adaptation of all or part of the Site, by any means and in any form, without the prior written consent of Sigreturn Labs, is prohibited and may constitute an act of counterfeiting (contrefaçon) under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Brand names and logos of products listed on the Site (including AIgree) are trademarks of Sigreturn Labs or of their respective owners.
8. External links
The Site contains hyperlinks to third-party websites, including product pages and external services. These links are provided for convenience only. Sigreturn Labs does not control these websites and, in accordance with Article 6-I-2 of the LCEN, cannot be held liable for their content, terms, or practices. The decision to follow such links and to use the corresponding services is made under the sole responsibility of the user.
9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the Site is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended (Loi Informatique et Libertés). The Site does not deposit any non-essential cookies or tracking technologies for which prior consent would be required under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Sigreturn Labs takes reasonable care to ensure that information published on the Site is accurate and up to date, but provides the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sigreturn Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits) arising from access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as excluding or limiting Sigreturn Labs’ liability for damages that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including in case of fraud or gross negligence.
11. Reporting unlawful content
In accordance with Article 6 of the LCEN, any person may report content hosted on the Site that they believe to be manifestly unlawful by writing to contact@sigreturn.com, providing: the date of the notification; their identity (name, address, email); a description of the content and its precise location (URL); the legal grounds for the request; and a copy of any prior request sent to the author of the content where applicable.
12. Changes
Sigreturn Labs may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in its activity, in applicable law, or in the operation of the Site. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of access. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice and the Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site, this notice, or the Terms of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris, France, subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction that may apply — in particular, consumers domiciled in the European Union retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their place of residence pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
